I'm delighted to share "The Starlit Hour" with you. This romantic, dreamy and seductive song was written in 1939 by Peter de Rose (m) and Mitchell Parish (w) for the musical review "Earl Carroll's Vanities"
My version features a beautiful piano arrangement by John Boswell with a tender melodic accompaniment on both classical and resonator guitars by jazz musician, David Boswell, who also has mixed and mastered all of my songs to date. Likewise, John Boswell and David Boswell have co-produced all of my recordings.
In these troubling times, I hope that this tender song offers you a little respite from the world's woes and touches your heart.
